HI Guys, I've just pushed out another ODTools 2018 update. Just a reminder, make sure you got my email white-listed. I have gotten a few back as un-deliverable due to spam, so if you haven't got your link by now, contact me.

Will OD2019 be separate from OD2018 or will it include OD2018?

And with that.. ODTools 2019 sees the light of day as well...

new, so far, in odtools 2019:

    Layout:
Interactive Reparent: parents the object to a null on its own surface
Target Children: Have each object target their child
Geometry Spreadsheet: gives you easy access to point/weight/polygon data
Match Item to Target: Matches an item to its target for easy baking
Send To Modeler: Stores selected objects in layout, so that you can use GetFromLayout in modeler to load those objects
Create VDBProxy: Easy creation of proxys using VDBs, along with render setup replacement
Create VDB: Easy creation of either fog volumes or levelsets
Bake Bullet Sim: Bakes a bullet simulation to keyframes.
3DCoat Applink: Easy back and forth between 3DCoat and Lightwave - Automatic texture setup included

    Modeler:
Select Connected Normals: Select all polygons with the same connected normal
Display PolyNormal: gives you the numeric value of a polygons normal
Set Viewport to Polygon: Aligns the perspective viewport to a selected polygon normal
Layer Panel Pro: New advanced Layer Panel for modeler
Copy Layers to new object: as the name says
Store File With Object: Lets you store additional files within an object
Restore File from Object: lets you restore files from within an object
Selection Mirror: Allows you to mirror a selection of polygons
Bake To Vertex Normal Map: bakes the vertex normals to a vmap
Get From Layout: Counter part to Send To Modeler
Select Hard Edges: selects only the hard edges, which then makes it very easy to unwrap uvs
3DCoat Applink: Easy back and forth between 3DCoat and Lightwave - Automatic texture setup included

Also, I have been working on the documentation as well (still lots of red unfortunately, but getting better by the hour)
