    Issue calling mobile devices

    We seem to be having issues making and recieving calls from mobile devices to our skype TX units. Though it seems that we can still call desktop versions of skype. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    We are seeing this on two vs100 units. It is happening on the new software as well as the older software before the user interface update.

    This was fixed with an update to one unit.....still working on the second.

    Second unit is up and running.

    Please note...if you update to this version from the older version of TalkSHow/TX, this will also update the Talkshow as well which is a major update. As newtek has mentioned, this update was coming, and it appears it is here.

    We are getting this issue on VS4000 with mobile clients that have updated to the latest Skype client.

    The latest update on the NewTek website is 170405 and this is already installed.

    Any suggestions. Client is very unhappy as his reporters can no longer send video!

    Thanks Zane. Have updated all parts of the system and still cannot connect to the new skype client.

    Am awaiting support to call me, need to get this resolved today.

    In case it didn't come to your attention, Mark, there are two aspects to the Skype TX software update process. You can update the main Skype TX application, but you also may need to update the 'drivers' for individual channels one by one. There's another thread here with screenshots.
