    MDD size

Does any one know if MDD files are kept in ram at all times or if there is some cache involved in it ? so far I have not hit the roof but with a few different characters, a few hundred frames and 500k points or so for each charcter per frame it can grow pretty fast.

I think the standard LW mdd reader reads from cache - if you use dpont plugins
you have two options mdd_Pointer or mdd_Cache
    mdd_Pointer streams data per frame
mdd_Cache loads data into memory used when you have clones using same mdd

Ok, thanks, I will have a look at the DP plugins, lots of other cool things there anyway.
