LightWave - Box to go down a Spiral Chute Help Please

I have a Spiral Chute and I need to have a plastic shipping box go down the Spiral chute.

What would be the easiest way of doing it??

You could draw the path that you want the box to follow as a spline curve and then use the Curve to Motion command to save a motion path for the box. In layout select the box and use the Load Motion File command. Alternately you could just load the spline and then use spline control to animate the box along it.

    Dynamics possibly.

A fake easy way would be to offset the pivot point of the box to match the radius of the slide, then set the pivot point to the pole and animate the box rotating around the Y axis and going down. Then you could parent a null to the box to animate the rotation of the box if needed.

    Or just use bullet.

Bullet might work for you, sample scene attached. The only Bullet parameter away from defaults was Friction on the Shute.

    I would use Spline control.
    -Make a spline in modeler.
    -Send it to layout
    -Setup Menu/Edit/ Curve to Spline
-Select your box you want to send down the curve. Open up Motion options Panel.
-Spline control> your spline object (the parent of the hiearchy)
-keyframe your Box/parcel on the Z value.
-on the controllert and limit panel you can set the controller to keyframes

But. Maybe bullet is way more simpler But Spline control gives you freedom.
