    Is there a way I can make a cool LiDAR video like this?...

    I think it'll probably be something like using a textured light, maybe one that radiates out lines. How would you do this? Thanks

    Ripples texture on everything with the car set as the position reference item and the light source parented to the car.

    Yeah, tried that, but wasn't that happy with the limited beam angle, and the distortion you get when you raise up the light to get better coverage.
