    More 3D scanning Tests

    Hey guys

    Here is the latest Scan to come out of our photogrammetry system Raw data here no clean-up or texture work. Rendered in Lightwave using only Monte Carlo Radiosity

    archijam :: Thanks I don't have a photo of the model to hand but he is one of these from the freedom of teach guys



    Cheers Neil at the moment were using a 4 camera photogrammetry system with a studio lighting rig and a turntable.

    incredible detail, i wonder though, was it a pure LW render, or was it done using FPrime?

    erikals :: Sorry yea all done in fprime. I rarely user anything else to render.. the whole thing took about 4 hours to render..

    really nice scan. What i missing in Ten24 Model Shop is Cloth! Its hard to find realistic Streetwear for VFX related 3D People.

    Eagle66 :: Yep we will be releasing a range of scanned clothing this year hopefully..

    BigHache :: The DOF was all rendered using a null to control the focal distance of the camera..
