    Finally purchased LW10 - Questions

I finally was able to make my LW10 purchase and just got it installed. Still waiting for my HardCORE access but that's OK. Anyway I have a question. If I save a scene or Object from LW10 will it load in 9.6? My current client only has 9.6 and I will need to send my files to him.

I figure I will have more questions so I'll use this thread for them too.

I can't say for certain on windows, but on macs you can go from 9.6 to 10 and from 10 to 9.6 with absolutely no issues. I often work in 10 and move scenes over to 9.6 to render on other machines in the office, no issues so far. There may be new aspects to 10 that I haven't used that won't port back, but I haven't found any. Also, I am talking about the current build of 10, future builds could change that.

Thanks for now I'm just doing basic object animation, so it shouldn't be anything that's new in 10.

Yes, I've been working in LW10 and giving the LWS to my client who is able to open them up in 9.6 and render. No issues so far and I've been doing it over 1 month.

That's great to hear I'd hate to have 10 sitting here and not be able to use it.
