    3D Modeler/ Generalist full time position at Absolutely Cuckoo, London

    Absolutely Cuckoo is a starting point for ideas. We work with charities, corporate and strategic analysts, publishing, licensing and television industries.

    Recent credits include ‘Waybuloo’, the new 100 x 20 minute series produced by RDF for Cbeebies, a unique mix of animation and live action giving a highly innovative approach to pre-school programming. Other partners include Hit Entertainment, Cosgrove Hall, Target Entertainment, Kindle Entertainment, BBC, Kids TV(Austria). We are a nimble ideas studio looking to recruit a recent graduate to join our small and enthusiastic team.

    3D Modeler/ Generalist

    We are looking for a 3D modeler/ generalist. Someone who can demonstrate:

    * the ability to create cartoon styled assets based on existing ideas
    * the ability to imagine, design, and subsequently create cartoon characters and concepts
    * both realistic and a cartoon style of surfacing and texturing


    The ideal applicant will:

    * have traditional artistic and technical abilities.
    * be self motivated, with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
    * work as part of a small team.
    * be full-time, on-site in our Clapham Junction office.
    * enjoy well earned drinks


    Good knowledge of 3D animation software (Lightwave 3D is much preferred) and Photoshop is essential but commercial experience is not necessary. Knowledge of Modo, After Effects, Flash, Premiere, InDesign and Illustator is also most advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking for an exciting and creative introduction to the professional workplace.

    Haha...I was going to send an email until I read the "recent graduate" bit...oh well.

    I was thinking since I'm currently in Izmir it's not that far. Well, a lot closer than Melbourne anyway.
