Videotutorials: Live Action and CG with LW

I searching special VFX Tutorials for the complete workflow with Live Action in LW 9.5/6: Syntheyes Motion Tracking, realistic Lighting, Rendering out with passes and AfterEffects Composite as final shot for Example.

In this Forum are often some Screenshots or Links to Interviews of cinema production (Like this for Film 300), but nothing about set up this techniques example in LW. The problems are the Details!

The free or commercial LW Videoturials i found are older than 2 or 3 years (LW 8.x) or only small peaces. The 24 hours Newtek-Tutorials has nothing about VFX. For other software like Maya, MAX, C4D, XSI there are many of this complete integrated Videos on the Web.

Such like this for Maya 8.5

    NO LW

    ONE LW ....
    http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/sto.../113/Lightwave

    .... and 3 Pages Maya
    http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/store/category/5/Maya

Is Anyone here who can make some of this Tutorials and sell it for $49 . I think many other LW Users around the world buy this also, because it is nothing out there. Boujou, Maya and Fusion is about 35.000$ Software, so the way Syntheyes, LW and AfterEffects is for Low Budget...

Hope 4 the future - this complete Tutorials are more easy and a faster way to learn this complex Software to use ....

    Thanks.

Take a look at Desktop Images as well. Learned quite a bit in their 4 disc VFX series.

and fyi, Gnomon flicks often reference many software packages.
They teach theory on their good vids, not software.
    Excellent material though, just excellent.

    Okay, thanks 4 the hint.

I know the most of this sites, but they are as i write above: simplylightwave and kurvstudios "hide" the version of LW Version which are use, but i see they are all over 2 years old and in LW 8.5 It makes no sense to learn visual effects with this old software. i don't need a single theme or AfterEffects.

I search a course with the whole Post Production Workflow based on LW 9.6: LIVE Action, Tracking, CG (Real Light, Shadow, Collision, DUST, Render Buffer, etc), and Composite together.

The best complete VFX course are at fxphd.com, but they only have Maya Animation & NUKE Compositing (see this course orientation Video - MOV).

The 4 disc VFX series from Desktop Images looks very good - but i hope 4 a new LW VFX Course......

You should focus on learning skills not software, if you can learn how to do the techniques in an old version of the software then it is likely to be the same or easier in the current version. I've watched several Gnomon videos and only one of them was relevant to my software but the skills are what's important because they are transferrable.
