    24bit audio support

I need SpeedEdit to sync animations with the raw 24bit audio.
No problems playing 196kHz/16bit. Any clip with any sample frequency in 24bit is silent.

Tell me about it! I don't understand why a program which understands floating point audio can't understand 24-bit.

    Audio weak

I would also like 24bit audio support.

Audio in SpeedEdit is the opposite to video.
I can throw any video into SpeedEdit without a problem but audio is need of an upgrade.

Currently I have to convert my audio files to 16bit which is not the case in other video programs I have used.

This slows down the workflow of the worlds fastest video editor.

SpeedEdit2.1 now seems to support 24bit audio but when I tried a 32bit float file from a past project it wouldn't work with it.

I've tested the 24bit with some wave and FinalCut files. It seems to work good. I never thought to check the floating point audio. I just haven't used it in awhile.
