    .m2t to what? Good Codec?

I'm capturing 1080i footage from FX-1. Using it as native .m2t renders painfully slow in After Effects. Any ideas as to a clean/speedy codec to render to using Speed Edit for After Effects or any othe compositing programs?

    Lightbulb

huffyuv and lagarith are free lossless compressed codecs. The size will be much larger than .m2t, but much smaller than uncompressed.

Are these codecs in the Speed Edit 'Render'ist or can they be added to it?

First you install the codec(s). Then they will appear in SpeedEdit's render list of codecs.
