    Tentacles Still Twitchy

    Hi All, thanks for your advice before, I added more control points to my IK rig for these tentacles...

    They're still twitching and I want a smoother type of movement.

    Id use cloth dynamics on 2point polychains.....than link those to your models
    I made some dynamic jellyfish some time ago like this. works great

    The advantage of IKBoost is that the IK on long chains behaves and you dont have to setup multiple goals. It also has tools making it easy to control segments of bones at once. You really only need to animate one tentacle and then you can copy the whole animation to the other tentacles quite easily and then change the timing so that they dont all move in unison.
