    Chroma Smoothing

Sometimes, under certain circumstances, chroma artifacting can be very apparent in formats with low chroma sampling such as DV and HDV. An example would be chroma keying or high contrast patterns in red or blue objects. We have real time blurs for the whole picture, so why not add the option of just blurring the chroma? Optionally, a better interpolation algorithm could be implemented further down the road, but as of today, a simple chroma blur that happens before keying would be awesome

Here are some samples of what I'm talking about Notice the edge of the red grille on the car image and the edge of the actor's face in the chroma key sample.
