Yep, I think I'm free Thursday. I shouldn't stay out too late, as my plane leaves at 6:45 and I need to get to Stansted before then, but hey, I can sleep on the plane!

I'm afraid it's not happening tonight. I'm been jammed on projects and there's not much new to see on the Lightwave front right now. We'll try and get it on in the next week or two.

Having said that, if any regular London Lightwavers are around in soho this evening and want to grab some quick beers and have a catch up, I'll be around. Text or email me (number below)

I ended up getting absolutely hammered with some coworkers, fell over on the way home and bruised myself quite badly and then went to the airport at 4 AM. I was a right mess.

Dam I remember being at one of these back in 2004 if memory serves. I'd love to make it down again, not even my misses could complain at one night out ever eight years But alas been living in Prague for ages now. Have not been back to the uk in a while.

That said if anyone ever finds themselves in this neck of the woods feel free to give me a buzz, can't promise much Lightwave but the beers can defiantly be sorted out!

Prague is definitely on my to-do list. The quality of the beer alone is a very tempting factor!

Well then the nice thing is I own a bar right in the center of Prague so you can sample as much beer as you like and they can't kick us out

I've got a friend and fellow Lightwave enthusiast coming over in the last month in May and then a couple of people from various London studios coming over in July. So seriously if you find yourself free let me know be happy to give you the tour so to speak.

Maybe it would even be possible to hold a user group meeting here sometime over the summer. I can probably arrange some deal on a hotel and it would be cool to get a few of us together and do a lightwave and beer weekend just a thought if anyone is interested. Hell i'll give the barman a NewTek t-shirt and we can all claim it back from the tax as a business expense lol

Good luck with the group, if I ever make it back to London hopefully I can attend another one.
