Color space

I guess it is the photographer in me that is used to working in adobe RGB but is there any way to get Lightwave to tag your renders with a color profile? Also what file formats besides HDRI will save in 16 bit? Thanks.

First question, not sure, but it would have to involve a post-process conversion anyway. Second question, go to Effects/Processing/Add image filter and find 'Photoshop PSD Export', there's a 16 bit option in there.

Ah yes, the photoshop export filter. I forgot all about that incredibly usefull tool.

TIFF and SGI can also save in 16 bpc and there are now two OpenEXR savers/ loaders that could be used to get that filetype in and out of LW.
