    Red Dwarf- Starbug 1

The only thing in these images that I didnt make was the corridor scene. That came out of ILW8 and looked very much the same as a scene from the origional show so I used it and to see how it would look for the fun of it, nothing else. Other than that the Starbug model is totally mine.

Yes, what a fun and well executed and textured model.

    looks awesome!
being a huge RD fan, i always wondered why they have what looks like a gun on the back bottom of the ship when the ship doesnt have weapons (well until the simulants installed them later on in Gunmen but those shot out of the front of the ship)

    Red Dwarf - Starbug 1

That's a great render of the Starbug! Glad to see more RD fans out there. That's one of my favorite shows, and that's no smegging lie!

    Red Dwarf in the hizowwww!

Love what you've done with the textures! But I agree that lighting needs some help - too many spec hits and no shadow under the engines for a start -

The models really nice, but its far too clean to belong to anyone on RD!

Needs some more dirt and grime!

The closer you get the dirtier and beat it gets. Kinda like looking at a war torn fighter from a distance. I know still need to work on my lighting.
