    Hi guys,

yup, it was great meeting up, we'll definately have to sort out getting together again in a while.

3Dbob: I'm pretty sure if you tried having an airconditioner as your avatar, you'd find its actually pretty spiffing... although I have been thinking I might change it at some point,

cheers for the book and posting the picture matt,

So, it's nearly a month since the last meet - are we going to do this again?
How about a week friday, Thats 25th Feb...

We can put up with the crowds again, or go for somewhere different - I noticed theres a Wetherspoons just around the corner, they are normally huge places...

Oh, and how about more of us bringing along old / unwated LW books and stuff to swap around?!?!

    Hi,

the 25th isn't so great for me, I've got a few deadlines at the end of february so I'd rather keep it clear in case of the unexpected. The 4th March would be fine though.

As for a venue there's the The Penderel’s Oak just down the road from Holborn tube, if you wanted a weatherspoons in the same sort of area as last time. Its been a while since I last went there but it certainly used to be alright and its fairly large so it shouldn't be so hard to find some room.

either date is good for me, but the 4th March is probably favorite.

Buy the way any chance anyone could bring a lap top with LW loaded & show me how the bloody hell IK works, I'm okay with stills but can't get my head round this animation side of things???

Prob asking a bit much but if you don't ask!!!

    Cheers Rich

4th seems good for me - May be able to bring a laptop - but don't ask me much about IK - I've done a bit in my time but I'm no expert.

    That sounds great Bob,

I wonder if it would be intersting for others, if we had little LW workshop for an hr or so, where say each one who attends demonstrates one little tip or technique.

The only ? is weather a pub on Friday night is the right venue. Or does the pub have private room we could use for cpl of hrs, anyone have any thoughts on this?
