    Why isn't Newtek in this list!!!!

    Current system Specs:
    4gb ddr2 1066
    dual 9600 gt (512mb each) running SLI
    9600 black edition amd
    780a nvidia chipset
    XP Pro or XP Pro 64 or Windows 7

    Do Newtek actually have a partnering agreement with Nvidia ?

    The crippling viewport disappearing bug in LW8 would suggest not

    Does that mean there are plans for Lightwave to support Gelato as an alternative renderer?

    Yeah, gelato is a stupid name for a renderer. But it is an interesting solution for rendering, depending on how much crunching power they can get from the GPUs. And imagine a computer with a bunch of Quadro FX cards in pci express slots, it would be a little render farm in one PC.

    nVIDIA only, Linux only, expensive and so on...
    agree on all the side...
