Control surface acting weird after update

I have a Elite 2 with 2-stripe surface for test
After an update in the Surface, the surface is not acting normal. The command section is not responding and only the upper T-bar is working, but working as a lower T-bar
Everything works fine when using the keyboard.
Cant figure out what went wrong.

It is set as 2-stripes in TC on channel 1.

Just want to tell you that unplugging>plugging the power, on the surface, did the job :-)
