AE3 Streaming Problem

After AE3 7-0-190802 (August 2, 2019) update, I am having streaming problem. It seems that the streaming is ok, but the streaming don't start.

What are you streaming to? Some of the CDN's have updated their API, you probably need to update the TriCaster software to match (or use Custom RTMP).

I have such a problem AE does not open ready-made projects that were downloaded from the Internet, I Can't understand how IT can't open its own projects, even if created by old versions?

How old? Advanced Edition 3 (and 2) is incompatible with projects from Advanced Edition 1 or earlier. It is not a bug, but a aspect of the large differences between these software versions.
