What size screen and resolution do you have?
It looks like you do not have the min to display.
You need 1280x1024.
Mac Pro (2010) OSX 10.14 RX580 Pulse LW2020
(plugins: LWCad 2020, TFD 1443, Syflex 2018, StarPro(2.3) 2020, ExrTrader 2020, Ubercam 2.0, Daz Mocap, DP Light 2020, Quadpanels 1.53)
My computer is an AMD - 6300 six core processor 3.50ghz with 16gb of installed ram, Windows 10 home.
Not super fast by today's standards but it's solid and I cool the processor with a radiator fan and a big fan on the tower box side, yes a big ugly tower, never gives me a lot of issues, normally.
I figured it out and it was simple.
The little tv symbol icon in the top right hand corner of the task bar has to be maximized to see the other two tools because the software doesn't display them when it's minimized.
I don't think it's resolution, it's like the program just doesn't show them at all. Maximized now though I see I'm going to have to adjust the resolution so I can see the bottom points, polygon tabs but that should be easy.
I want to say thank you for everyone's help, saved me time and inevitably helped me stumble onto the solution.
I found a place back in the instructions about resolution adjustments in windows that scales the size of text and icons, for this 1920x1080 tv monitor I had to set the value at 125% for this version of LW to fit my screen, I guess what threw me off was LW8.5 isn't that way, everything just fits and 2020.0.2 doesn't.

I've also noticed that moving Windows 10 task bar to the side rather than at the bottom made most of the programs including Lightwave Modeler sized themselves differently than when I had the task bar at the bottom of my wide screen monitor.
