Tricaster 2 Elite resyncing all SDI inputs when other Tricaster enters/exits sessio

Hi

We have two Tricaster 2 Elites on the same network.

These mixers have the cameras hardwired on SDI, the cameras are separate on each mixer.

If we enter or exit a session on one trickster, all cameras on SDI on the other mixer will resync. This is a pain in the *** right now as we have to load up the correct session file on one mixer while the other is in production, right now we make sure to do it while a VTR is playing.

Has anyone had any experience with this? It all seems really weird to me since the only connection between the two mixers is the network...

I want to be certain I am not misunderstanding you. When you say "all cameras on SDI on the other mixer will resync", what exactly are you seeing?

It looks like the camera loses and gets sync again.

The same thing you would see when you connect a new reference signal to a camera, or when a traditional camera mixer looses a reference signal.

None of the cameras do have a reference signal connected btw. so it does not pertain to that.
