scan converter mac no audio

hi friends im running newtek scan converter on my mac, everything is ok but i cant get audio.
my os is sierra, I format the mac and install OS catalina but scan converter seems dont work with audio.

there is a special configuration to get audio?

NDI Scan Conveter on Mac will allow access to audio input, not audio outputs.

You can use VB-Cable to create and audio loopback device. Set the Mac to output to this card, and choose the VB-Cable as your microphone input and that will get system audio into NDI Scan Converter.
