TC 410 Can't log into YouTube suddenly...PLEASE HELP!

I've had this issue before and I guess NewTek updated their app, but suddenly it's come back! I absolutely cannot log into YouTube, it continues to go through the motions as always but instead of logging into our YouTube channel it just "loops" back to the log-in prompt on the Tricaster and does NOT log in, it just gives me the log-in prompt again and I repeat with ZERO luck. What do we have to do to resolve this issue?!

What version of TriCaster software are you running? If it isn't current, I'd start by updating.

I have updated and it still refuses to login to YouTube...?

I'm having a similar problem with my TC 410 Plus.

Build number 7-3-200818..not sure why it doesn't show 7-3-200918? ...Its all abit confusing... on the updates page for TC 410 Plus its still saying: corrent update is 7-3-200515 : /

I did update my TC 410 Plus last week , and we have streamed to YouTube without any problems. But today we successfully update our steam /encode as usual all looked fine, only to find that there was no streamed video to view.

Hi all

Found out that the issue wasn’t with Newtek API,but with YouTube API.

But I do hope that the product updates page can be sorted out for the TC410 +

So what does a streamer do when YouTube updates their API?

Are we just in a holding pattern until someone at Google writes a few lines of code?

Is there any contact information for something like this?

Don't use the Youtube setting in Streaming, create a custom connection and see if that works for you.

I'm having the same problem - a high school with a TC Mini/HDMI, running AE 191224. It takes quite a bit of finagling to get the stream started.
Running the system update check shows we are up to date.
I tried setting up a new connection - but got an error that Youtube doesn't support this app yet. [Hmmmm.... wonder if I tried that BEFORE running the last update. I'll go check....]

Suggestions?
