Transfer face captured motion points/curves to head model help

Been testing out some different facial capture software but don't know how to transfer it to my face model. When I load it up in layout I can see all the points tracked from my face moving but I don't know how to use this with my model face.
Previously I've always used software that targeted my morph target expressions on my model. Just wondering how to retarget this data?? Do I need to create a face rig?
Anyone point me to a tut on how I can do this?

Yeah, you need to create a face rig and transfer the data to your rig. You probably need to create a joint rig. The placement of your rig controls and the imported data would need to line up or do some conversion to convert the imported data to your rig.
