RoI is disabled when computer restarts

I am using the NDI tools to capture an area of the screen and use it as a virtual camera in a Chrome window, the problem that I have seen is that sometimes the Region of Interest is disabled after a reboot and the whole screen is captured. Has anyone come across this? is there any settings file that can be defined?
    Thanks in advance.

Have you setup the region of interested, then quit NDI Scan Converter so it save the configuration, then open it again?

If NDI Scan Converter is configured, but not cleanly quit (instead a reboot is performed), it will not save the configuration and go back to the previous settings.

Thanks Kanep, we were not closing NDI after setting the RoI up, as we include them in the startup folder as well. We will give it a try

Thanks Kanep, that definitely worked. Is it necessary to do the same in the Virtual Input?
