    vimeo tricaster mini 4k

    Hi
I have some problems with Mini 4k only on vimeo sever ( youotube and facebook work well)

as soon I started the stream, the video freeze on vimeo website, and on the tricaster side, on the warnning message said "codec error" insuficcient bandwidth for stream"
I use and rtmp connection instead vimeo api, also the internet bandwidth is 40 mb for upload
I test in other mini 4k ( in other location of a friend) an has the same problem

also only work with low profile
with medium and high has the problem

Have you tried to talk with them. We had some problems and they were about to get us up and running on their live events. We don't do 4K but they maight offer some good suggestions.

    Hi,
We don't stream in 4K, but I just did a test with our Vimeo account at 1920 x 1080 @ 6144K without issue.
We use an RTMP custom setting.
Have you done a speed test to make sure that your getting the proper upload/download speed?
