No video from NDI scan converter on TC8000

Tried to connect Power Point computer via NDI to TC8000. 8000 has 3.8 and I tried the latest version of NDI on a Win10 laptop, I also tried a different laptop and used the NDI 3.7 portable. I can see the computer in the TC input menu but no video just black. I'm lost on why I can't see the video but I can see the computer name. Thank you in advance.

If the laptop has dual GPU (like nVidia and Intel), you will likely have to force NDI Scan Converter to one GPU or the other using the nVidia control panel.

On my laptop, I have to set NDI Scan Converter to use Intel graphics to get video, if it is on nVidia I get the same thing you are report, a black screen.

I will take a look at that. I did see that as a problem and thought I worked around it but may have not. Thanks I'll give it another try.
