New MS Edge browser can use Chrome TriCaster datalink extension

Since the latest incarnation of the Edge browser underlying is based on same open source code as Chrome, the Chrome apps will work in Edge!

I just went into the Chrome app store and installed the TriCaster datalink extension and it works (or at least it appears in my Edge browser). I'm going to test it this afternoon on my 8000 and will report back.

Not sure if this will have a huge impact on anybody but I definitely found it interesting, nonetheless.

UPDATE: It works just like it does in Chrome! Sends info (text, didn't try an image) from workstation to datalink webkey in TriCaster.

Thanks for the info, just installed it as well. I've been using the new Edge as my default browser on most of my systems since they changed to Chromium, I've been happy with it. (Still using FireFox on TriCaster systems.)
