    Access Manager shuts down

    NDI Tools 4.5 Access Manager on Windows 10 closes whenever I try to create a new remote source.

    Like as soon as you press 'OK' on with the Window where you define the source? Or when you press OK to close the NDI Access Manager applciation?

    Is there an error message?

    This program does require Administrator rights, is your system part of a domain?

    Using an 3rd party anti-virus/security software on the system?

    I open Access Manager, click the Remote Sources tab, and click the New button. At that point Access Manager closes.

    No error message.
    I have Administrator rights for the computer. My computer is part of a domain.
    The computer has Symantic running.

    Also, before I installed NDI Tools 4.5, I had 4.0 installed. And I had been able to run Access Manager. Now, with 4.5 installed and Access Manager open, I see the remote sources I had added with 4.0.

    I'd see if you can disable Symantic or add the NDI tools into an exception. I know that Kaspersky Endpoint Security had isseus with NDI Scan Conveter 4.5 and it didn't have issues with previous versions of NDI Tools, perhaps the same has happened with Symantic?

    I disabled Symantec with "smc -stop". Still no good. This issue is definitely new with 4.5.
