Lightbulb Live Story Creator - manual anywhere?

I would love to dig in to the PA Live Story Creator, but I can't find a manual specific to that program. There seems to be a lot of special tags and whatnot required to make it run and a user-guide sure would make that easy.

Is there a manual anywhere? There is not one on the NewTek downloads web portal.

LiveStory is described in an appendix of the main TC manual. (It does not document all possibilities, because the combinations supported are virtually endless.)

Thanks man - I will take a look. I was monkeying around with it this morning and was able to get some of the things to work, but others would not. It seems like LS requires some specific phrases and syntax to get it to do what you want it to do.

Typing “Medium dissolve ME1” is somehow translated to the TC as “score medium ME1”

I'm not sure whether it would recognize "dissolve". Try something like "fade ME1 medium", or "auto me1 medium" ...

I hope it warned that this was a vague match, but I've added a todo item to make that a synonym for fade.

Thanks for your feedback, that's what we need to make this feature more complete.

    There are completely different workflows.

Animation Store Creator is to make animated transitions and buffers.

Live Story Creator is to take in a script for a show, turn a teleprompter and optionally also control the system with automation.

Completely different animals. The latter is for creating animated and compiled transition and buffer effects. LSC is a powerful natural language automation system based on Word (.docx) files, and includes teleprompter output.

Thanks for the promote reply guys. Premium Access Software does included some type of plug in for After Effects to create some time of transitions correct?

Is there any option to purchase the Live Story Creator separately not with the monthly package of the Premium Access.
$199 per month - thats $2388 per year.
Wish that NewTek can think about make it accessible for more users worldwide.

I have next to nothing to do with these things, but isn't there an annual option that's about the same as yearly upgrades would run? I do know that one of the attractions (to engineering) of the AP membership scheme was they wouldn't have to hold off releasing major features until enough accumulated for a yearly upgrade. Not to suggest there aren't cons as well as pros ...
