    Animated Lower Third

What's the easiest way to make an animate lower third to use with LiveText? I have a Story Blocks lower third that I like but can't get it into LiveText. Do I have create a macro to combine two buffers, one with the mp4 and the other with the .cgxml text?

    Thanks!

That's basically what you would need to do. LiveText doesn't support animation files. Just make sure the movie you are trying to use contains an alpha channel too. You mentioned MP4, which wouldn't. You'd have to also chromakey that kind of file.

There's one missing step here, sorry. You can't drop an animation clip in a Buffer, although you could use a Media Player instead. To use it in a buffer, you need to convert the animation to an Animation Store file using ASC, which is included in TriCaster's Add-On applications.
