    Scan Converter closes during use

I am running a PowerPoint on a Windows 10 machine through scan converter into a Tricater TC-1. The two are connected through a local Gigabit switch along with a NCIO, worksurface, and five Newtek PTZ cameras. I am getting freezing through the NDI input every once in a while on the Tricaster. The screen isn't frozen on the Windows 10 machine, just the input into the TC-1. Today, when I checked, the scan converter plug in must have had closed during the PowerPoint. I restarted the plug in, and once again I could see the PC.

    Any thoughts?

    I would try:

    - Update TC-1 to last version (7-1-200210)
    - Update to NDI tools 4.1 in Win10 PC
    - Update Windows 10 to last version and stop auto updates (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-s...lly-windows-10)
    - Run Scan Converter with Intel Integrated Graphics (https://support.newtek.com/hc/en-us/...-Applications-)

    if it still doesn't work...

    - Check this in Win10 (https://support.newtek.com/hc/en-us/...bile_site=true)
    - Try with a different Switch
    - Try change PC output resolution in Scan Converter
    - Try with a other PC

    Good luck !
    TY!

Thank you. I will update both today. Although this morning when I clicked to download the 4.1 NDI tools on Newtek's site, it brought up the 3.8 NDI tools package. Has this happened to anyone else?
