iVga or iVGA Pro not communicating...

I'm live and need a quick answer...

I have a windows 10 machine displaying content on display screens. We've tried iVGA and iVGA-Pro and both are failing. I can see the computer name on the tricaster, when I connect, I don't get anything. We've tried sending both screens and nothing...

    Anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks!

I'd make sure that the Windows 10 computer is setup with a 'Private' network and not 'Public' type network. If the Win10 system has 3rd party firewall software installed on it, try disabling it to see if that might be blocking communication.

That did it (not sure which whether it was McAffe or the Public/Private network thing--the guy running the windows computer made the changes and it showed up. Thanks!
