Tricaster 460 loses internet connection after factory reset

Our TC 460 has developed a potential hardware fault, possibly the video card failing as we are losing SDI inputs.

A factory reset was performed, but now we cannot access the internet at all, the network appears to see connection to the internet but the browser does not load any pages. The browser was updated to IE11. We normally run with the standard version of the software, if we could get the files from the Newtek website.

Trying to run Windows update at the moment to see if this helps.

Is this a Windows 7 end of life issue??

    Any suggestions welcome...

Doing a RESTORE will of course revert the TriCaster software to the "as-shipped" version, which depending on the age of your 460 could be several years old!

Please download and install the latest applicable software for your machine from Newtek.com and see how it performs before thinking it has a problem. You may also need to manually download and install a newer nVidia driver for whatever model graphics card is in your 460 after updating Newtek software. Not recommended to go out and do Windows Updates, those should be included in Newtek downloads.

    Thanks

Software successfully re-installed. SDI issue was down to a faulty SDI connection. All good until we get our new TC1, fingers crossed.
