Convert TC1 recorded clips with Adobe Media Encoder

I am able to import clips recorded on our TC1, running software version 7-1, directly into Premiere Pro ver 14.0.1. Will we ever be able to load the same clips into Adobe Media Encoder and get a proper conversion? Currently, only audio renders in the converted clips, and no video. It gives the error message "File uses unsupported video compression type SHQ2". I installed the NDI file reader codec found in NDI Tools v4, and thought this would help with both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. Working on a Mac. I thought it was curious that the clips work fine in Premiere Pro, but won't convert properly in Media Encoder. I much prefer to use Media Encoder over Handbrake, which does work. Just curious if that's something that might happen or get worked out.

    Thanks

I am having the exact same issue with video from my 860. Have there been any updates to this, or a way to fix so AME works? I have Win 10, PP and AME 14.6.0.

Download and install the latest NDI Tools software. Current versions of the NDI file reader plug-in support Adobe Media Encoder.

Thank you. I updated to the latest version of NDI Tools and it is working.
