FISMA Compliance?

How can I find out if NewTek gear is compliant? I don't want IT on my case telling me that we can't have the NewTek on the network...that would put me out of business.

I'm not an expert on this, but I think the FISMA has to do with the storage of information/data, like Office 365 documents.

As for allowing the system on the network, that would probably come down to rules that IT has put in place, it probably would best to discuss with them what restrictions the require.
