TC1 Push To Talk

I'd like to see a PTT button at the bottom of the TC1 Skype TalkBack slider that would enable PTT to both internal TC1 Skypes at the same time with a CTRL click option to set it always on as we have with the VS4000.

It's a bit cumbersome to have to click on/off both individual TalkBack Skype buttons to speak to both callers at the same time. Would also be nice if the individual buttons were PTT instead of a toggle.

I haven't done two callers but at the same time but I like the idea.
