    NDI 4 issues with TC1

    Hi,

    I have upgraded my TC1 to the last build, installed NDI Tools 4 and still no success receiving an image from the NDI HX Camera app (iOS).

    I can select my iPhone as a source in the popup menu of any input but it brings the splash screen with the message "To access this NDI stream, please update the receiver software to a version prepared using the NDI 4 SDK (or better)" Although, I can get a nice image from the phone in the NDI Monitor included with the NDI tools...

    Is there some recommandation to perform a good instal of the NDI HX drivers included in the NDI Tools in the TC1 ?

    Installing NDI tools on TriCaster does not effect the version of NDI that TriCaster software is using.

    My understanding is that new a TC version is impending, should solve this.

    What can be wrong ?

    Sorry Steve, my english is not fluent and your answer was clear.
    I understand now that vers 7.0 of TC1 doesn't include NDI 4.0 and we will have to wait until next release (7.1).

    Please hurry up Newtek !

    7-0-191008 (October 8, 2019) looks like the 7-0 update with NDI-4 dropped last night :-)

    NDI is still not working after update 10/29/2020

    Am I doing something wrong? I'm still getting the screen that says I don't have the updated software version for NDI-4.

    You need to be on 7-1 software for the NDI-HX Camera app to operate, that is version 7-0. An update will fix your issue.
