Follow Video Buggy on TC1 and AE3

I have been experiencing buggy audio transitions on 2 different TriCasters (a TC1 and a 460 running AE3). Follow video works to turn on/off DDR but it is not working for my XLR input on channel 1. What's frustrating is that sometimes I boot up and it does work and other times it does not. I have tried re-routing audio to the 2nd input and that did not resolve the issue.

I'd recommend putting a bug report, you can use this link or send the info to [email protected] https://forums.newtek.com/showthread...Reporting-Bugs

Make sure you include the exact version of software you are running. If you can make a video from your cell phone of the issue, include a link to that.

    Hi Kane,

I've been communicating with [email protected] about this issue but that last day or so I am getting an error when I try to email. Not sure if I need to just wait it out or try another method of communication.

The Viz and NewTek email systems were merged over the last 48 hours, with numerous interruptions in service. Nothing was supposed to be list, but if you haven't heard back I'd send another email.
