I added a new version of the global AO buffer script,
on the download page of DP Kit,

    https://dpont.pagesperso-orange.fr/p..._AO_Buffer.zip

You will need the last version of DP Kit,
Amb Occlusion node parameters are now exposed to the script,
    no more additional integer node,
but a panel with all parameters,
you can also relaunch the script just for resetting.

Thanks Denis! I do however get this error when using Remove Global AO on this simple toroid and ground plane created from within Layout.

I updated the global_ao_buffer script to version 1.1,
no change in the main functionality,
except that if you relaunch it for just adjusting parameters,
the script panel get the previous settings of the Amb Occlusion node,
in fact the current settings of the first node connected
to the "GlobalAO" custom Buffer input.

So if you change manually this first node (first surface),
relaunch the script, you get this change in the script panel
and you can propagate the change,
though,I agree this is not always usefull if the first surface is not relevant.

At least now, you can do progressive adjustments with VPR,
instead of restarting with default settings in the panel.

Be aware, this version of the script works only with another DPKit 2018 update (09/16/19)
    ...or crash sorry.

This is so awesome Denis! Works great. I did notice however that the distance option setting is still available when Infinite is selected - even though changing the input has no effect which is appropriate. No biggie. Thanks so much!

Yes, ghosting effect is missing, but not sure this is possible in a modal panel,
or may be with an event function.

I updated the global_AO_buffer script to version 1.2

has now a non-modal panel, interactive update with VPR on and "GlobalAO" buffer selected,
also the remove_... script is removed.. replaced by a button in the panel.

    Denis.
