Now comes with a licence of LWCAD v5 as the licences are tied to each other, asking $250 for both, great upgrade path for someone

I didnt realise that Newtek needed and Extra $100 licence transfer fee, so its up to $350 for both LWCAD v5 and LW 2011 , if not ill close the sale.
