As Kane said, isolate each element. I also streamed testing to a third platform (VLC) on my network independently from TriCaster to determine where the problem was. Eventually, after seeing in and out elsewhere, and nothing looping back on TriCaster even, led to the Windows firewall on the TriCaster itself.

Ya'll I'm dumb. I had a typo - two colons instead of two slashes in my SRT setup. Something I type a million times a day...

SRT is working beatifully now over both my local and the internet.
