Does that mean if you tell them to stick to geometry it is all or nothing? That would create some rather unsightly soft body sims.

Well, the sticky paramater is on the collider. So particles that interact with the collider within the given range will stick to the collider and the rest will simulate freely.

oh okay... So If I snip out the geometry that I want to be sticky that would work. Then bring in the rest as a basic collider. Cool.

Also you have the option of making particles inside a mesh stick to that mesh:

Hahhah, Errmageeerddd !! Yeah that's the cool thing about Storm, if you play with the constraints, stuff doesn't brake but becomes wobbly, or smooth. So like in the gif you get a cloth sim instead of a plate breaking.

With a cube you'd get a rock breaking / a squishy rubber toy bouncing: very cool

Ah, yeah. Seems RFRK is broken in 2019, crashes every time you load it.

Ah yes, I think Carm3D had a similar issue. Probably because Nextlimit isn't developing the plugin anymore and so it stopped being compatible with the new versions of Lightwave.. Hmzzzzz...

Yeah thats too bad. I'd really like to incorporate storm into my workflow but cant. Is RFRK really the only way to import .bin sequences??

The Atlassian documentation at NextLimit shows changes today as they are ripping out mentions of LW. The last compatible version of the plugin was for 2015.
LW7.5D, 2015, 2018, 2019 running portably on a USB drive on an Amiga 2500 running Wine.
