    NDI and Skype

Our minister wants to do a Skype broadcast using a second laptop for the Skype. I can see the laptop but not sure of how to get the audio from the caller into Tricaster 460 AE2 with the latest updates.

He wants to show the Skype of a large flat screen TV which I can do via HDMI to the TV.

What I tried today was bring up one of our videos for the internet and was able to see the video via NDI but not audio was coming into TC.

Do I have to run an audio line into TC to be able to hear the caller and be able to broadcast it?

Just not sure how to go about it.

The latest desktop versions of Skype have NDI output, you just need to turn it on.

This option can be found in Settings->Calling->Advanced.
Then switch on the 'Allow NDI usage' option

After that, when you perform a call, Skype will present an NDI channel with both video and audio to connect to the TriCaster.
