Windows Store may need a recent Windows version.
Installed the Desktop version. Fed it a couple cropped samples & ... nope.

Ask a friend with a smartphone?
Any special reason you are anti-smartphone?
Most crap can be disabled on a smartphone, if that is the problem.

I don't know about Ma3rk, but I've never had a need or reason to own a smartphone. My trusty old Sagem myx-7 finally bit the dust earlier this month after nearly 15 years of sterling service and I've replaced it with a Nokia 216 which meets all my mobile phone needs, including being able to slot the old PAYG SIM from my Sagem straight in. I have other things to spend my money on such as 3D software, plugins and tutorials

Oh, a number of reasons but the major thing is I know I'd either break it or lose it in the first week.

Ya, everyone on set would make fun of my "Fred Flintstone" phone (although smaller than theirs) until I ask them how often then need to charge it. Usually quiets them when I say I usually go several weeks, not hours or daily. I've also had gaffers call me 'cuz he couldn't get through to the BB with the smartphone. I've also had it fall 50' out of a Condor, ricocheting off the branches of the oak tree below me & onto the sidewalk. The back had popped off, but nothing broken or even cracked, it snapped right back on & phone was just fine. Don't think many smartphones would survive let alone be unscathed.
