    Go to https://www.geforce.com/drivers

Find drivers for your video card with Windows 7 64 bit and download, then install. Do not select "GeForce Experience" when installing, do the basic installation

    Thanks

Hi Jeff I would appreicate any further help that you can supply.
I located the file for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti update file which is "390.77-desktop-win8-win7-32bit-international-whql" which was listed as version 390.77 for the GTX 550 Ti.
I have put it on the desktop, it's a exec file and I ran it as administrator and got the following message " NVIDIA installer CANNOT CONTINUE,
This graphics driver is not compatible with thversion of windows. The graphics driver could not find compatible hardware.

The device manager reports that the current driver is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
    date 10/02/2012 driver version 9.18.13.697

I presume that running the file as administrator is a doing the basic installation?

    What am I doing wrong?

You downloaded the 32-bit version, you need the 64-bit version as stated in my post

    Thanks

Hi Jeff I did try driver 391.35-desktop-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql. Is this the correct driver?
I have installed it with the same results did not work.

Sometimes TriCaster doesn't like if the nVidia graphics driver is newer than the TriCaster software, so maybe look at release dates on available nVidia drivers and just pick one that is a few weeks/a month older than Newtek release?

Also, I know this is a thing with the Mini models, not sure about rack units - might need to update the drivers for the Intel graphics on motherboard also. Try the Intel Driver Assistant app and have that install current display drivers - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...rt/detect.html

    Thanks

Please see this other recent thread, seems like same problem you have and maybe a buggy build from Newtek? https://forums.newtek.com/showthread...hite-now/page2
