Problem with UDIM and a subdivided mesh

I have a mesh with UDIM textures and I want to subdivide. The problem comes up when subdivide is on, the texture doesnt apply correctly. Looks like it the UV sets (5 in this case) are combine in one. And no matter what kind of subdivide method is used.

Does anyone knows what is going on?
    Thanks

    What it should looks (NO-subdivided)

You need to change it to subpatch interpoloation.

Hi, thanks for reply. I've tried using subpatch, as is showing in third image, but the problem still remains.

What do your UV's look like? This seems like it might be a bug. Have you tried earlier versions of 2018 or 2019?

I'm using LightWave 2018.0.7. I will try early versions of 2018. BUT I've realized that the issue only remains in Modeler, Layout has not any problem with UDIM's and Subdivisions.

Oh - okay. Modeler display issue then. Has to be a bug in my book then. The only thing I can think of would be the various GL display options in "d" my rectify it. Especially make sure Legacy OpenGL is unchecked. Otherwise right it off as a bug. You also might want to DL 2019.1 and see if this has been addressed. They killed a lot of bugs in the latest build.

    Thanks for reply.
I've tried in LightWave 2018.0.2, it fails. Then I've tried in LightWave 2019.1 (Demo) and it fails too.
And I've tried switching GL display options with any success, and Legacy OpenGL is off, as it showed in the screen capture.
