    Licensing issue

    Would like to know if someone experienced this following issue.

    As I remember all my previous 2019 license keys were added with windows 7,
    I upgraded to windows 10 (1809) a few months ago and licensed LW2019.0.3 worked well,
    but I suspect this upgrade caused an issue.

    when I installed and opened 2019.1 Layout, camera, light etc are locked,
    I have a successfull message with drag and drop license,
    but when I relaunch, still discovery, subfolders of .Newtek/LightWave/2019.1 not there,
    so no possible manual licensing.
    I unstalled 2019.0.3, deleted .Newtek/LightWave/2019.0.3 subfolders
    re-installed but got the same issue for licensing,
    I unstalled 2019.0.2, keeped .Newtek/LightWave/2019.0.2 subfolders
    and installed license,
    re-install, but opening in discovery mode.

    2018.0.7 is normal (until I don't re-install it, I suppose..),
    is there anything to cleanup in Windows 10,
    to get the LW2019 installation working again?

    (Edit, forgot to say tha I run the installer as Administrator,
    also deactivated my Firewall for first launch of Layout)

    Solved, after checking all kind of security locking,
    and dozens of reinstallations,
    don't know exactly why this can no more be unlocked on the fly here.
