Streaming - RTMP Server. Connection Lost

Having recently upgraded our Tricaster 460 from standard to Advance Edition 3, we are now experiencing difficulties in streaming to our website (through our service provider) with the error message ‘Can’t Read from RTMP server. Connection lost ‘ I have checked over and over again that the correct details has been entered in the custom field. i.e. Server Address, Stream ID, Username, Password. The same server details was used to stream o.k to the same destination when we had the standard version of the 460. We are however able to stream ok to our YouTube account using the plugin on AE3. Can anyone point me in a direction to start troubleshooting?

Try just making a custom connection and not using the Youtube plugin.

Thanks. I tried that but still no joy. Got in touch with customer service live chat after much effort and they are still troubleshooting the problem. Possible causes suggested is that the connections settings that are input are incorrect or a port used by the streaming service is blocked on the network being used.
I will update once I get further response from support
